  Purchased a 2005 Honda CRV from Performance Auto back in August 2018. Great price, they fixed a seat belt that wasn't retracting well after I looked at the vehicle... read more and pointed it out. After the owning the vehicle for about two weeks, I noticed an intermittent issue where the transmission wouldn't shift appropriately when the engine was cold. Talked to Sean about it, he had me come in and noticed the issue was well. First we tried a transmission fluid change which ended up not working so Sean replaced the transmission FREE OF CHARGE. In addition, while replacing the tranny he also replaced the front brake rotors for free. While it sucked that the transmission had to be replaced, Performance Auto took care of me throughout the whole process. It was an intermittent issue and I didn't know it was a problem until after driving it a couple hundred miles, so I didn't expect them to know about the issue either. Regardless, Performance Auto had my back throughout this entire process. They could have easily left me hanging, but instead they did some serious work on the car to get it running well. So well in fact, that after the tranny was replaced I drove the car from Des Moines Iowa to Austin Texas and back without any issues. I have put around 12K miles on the vehicle in 7 months and have had zero issues, just tire rotations and oil changes. Summary: Great used automobile dealer that will have your back.

  We were recently in the market for an inexpensive, reliable car. When we came out to Performance auto, we were surprised to find a nice selection of options that fit... read more the bill. In each case, the car had been gone through by their staff and had all the major maintenance items addressed. We ended up having an alternator go out just weeks after purchase (not uncommon for a car this age/mileage). True to their word, the staff had the vehicle towed back to them and took care of the problem for us and even addressed another minor item we were not aware of. We had a great experience with Performance Auto, and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them to others!
