I was coming to Norwalk from Kansas City so I had a lot of questions to answer before I wanted to commit to making the 3-hour trip. Once I was fairly certain this was the car for me, I made the drive. Sean was very hands-off when I arrived and allowed me to look over the car alone without suffocating me with the typical over pressured sales pitch. He knew that I was familiar with these cars and that I didn't need his input to weigh in on my decision. He was honest and helpful with the questions I did have on site, and was fair in his negotiation strategy when I was ready to talk numbers. Overall my experience at Performance Auto was very pleasant, not to mention that I am ecstatic with my purchase.   ... read more We were recently in the market for an inexpensive, reliable car. When we came out to Performance auto, we were surprised to find a nice selection of options that fit the bill. In each case, the car had been gone through by their staff and had all the major maintenance items addressed. We ended up having an alternator go out just weeks after purchase (not uncommon for a car this age/mileage). True to their word, the staff had the vehicle towed back to them and took care of the problem for us and even addressed another minor item we were not aware of. We had a great experience with Performance Auto, and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them to others!
