I was coming to Norwalk from Kansas City so I had a lot of questions to answer before I wanted to commit to making the 3-hour trip. Once I was fairly certain this was the car for me, I made the drive. Sean was very hands-off when I arrived and allowed me to look over the car alone without suffocating me with the typical over pressured sales pitch. He knew that I was familiar with these cars and that I didn't need his input to weigh in on my decision. He was honest and helpful with the questions I did have on site, and was fair in his negotiation strategy when I was ready to talk numbers. Overall my experience at Performance Auto was very pleasant, not to mention that I am ecstatic with my purchase. They were very helpful answering any questions I had. Very responsive, & easy to get a hold of. Provided a clean Carfax, which is a plus. I worked with Sean, he was honest & friendly. We drove from Cedar Rapids to get the car & it was exactly what we expected! They even had it all cleaned up & looking good for when we got there!
