They were fast to respond to questions and were really good to deal with when it came to negotiating the terms of the deal. Even creative when it came to structuring a deal to place the car on hold while I sold another one. If you are looking for a used car and they have it on their lot, I'd highly recommend reaching out.   ... read more We were recently in the market for an inexpensive, reliable car. When we came out to Performance auto, we were surprised to find a nice selection of options that fit the bill. In each case, the car had been gone through by their staff and had all the major maintenance items addressed. We ended up having an alternator go out just weeks after purchase (not uncommon for a car this age/mileage). True to their word, the staff had the vehicle towed back to them and took care of the problem for us and even addressed another minor item we were not aware of. We had a great experience with Performance Auto, and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them to others!
