I was coming to Norwalk from Kansas City so I had a lot of questions to answer before I wanted to commit to making the 3-hour trip. Once I was fairly certain this was the car for me, I made the drive. Sean was very hands-off when I arrived and allowed me to look over the car alone without suffocating me with the typical over pressured sales pitch. He knew that I was familiar with these cars and that I didn't need his input to weigh in on my decision. He was honest and helpful with the questions I did have on site, and was fair in his negotiation strategy when I was ready to talk numbers. Overall my experience at Performance Auto was very pleasant, not to mention that I am ecstatic with my purchase.   ... read more I would not recommend buying a car from here. Suppose to be a "performance" car dealership but can't tell when a car isn't reaching full boost. Then once you get the car home and see some of the problems that it has they don't offer to fix it for free like they should. Very shady business.

We visited 7 other dealers in the Metro area before stumbling across Performance Auto on Google. Reviews online speak very highly of this place and I agree with them wholeheartedly. We respected their transparency regarding what they've done to the vehicles before listing to get them running top notch. you WILL NOT find that anywhere else!! I couldn't recommend this place more for anyone interested in VERY well maintained pre-owned imports! We are VERY happy with our purchase and will be returning in the future. Thank you!

  ... read more We were recently in the market for an inexpensive, reliable car. When we came out to Performance auto, we were surprised to find a nice selection of options that fit the bill. In each case, the car had been gone through by their staff and had all the major maintenance items addressed. We ended up having an alternator go out just weeks after purchase (not uncommon for a car this age/mileage). True to their word, the staff had the vehicle towed back to them and took care of the problem for us and even addressed another minor item we were not aware of. We had a great experience with Performance Auto, and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them to others!
